2020 Christmas order cut-offs:

All orders placed by Sunday 6 December 2019 will be guaranteed to arrive in time for Christmas*, which includes all personalised products.

We will continue to ship all orders placed in December up until Sunday 20 December, although these are not guaranteed to arrive by Christmas. If you place an order after our Christmas cut-off but are hoping to receive it by Christmas, we strongly recommend selecting Express Post.

All orders placed after Sunday 20 December will be produced and shipped on our return from Monday 11 January 2020. Please allow up to 1 week from this date for your order to be produced – please remember we hand make most products to order and need time after our holidays to catch up on production as well as shipping!

* Please note our shipping guarantee does not cover delays by the carrier which are outside of our control. We will ship your parcel with enough time for it to be received based on the carriers advertised delivery timeframe. Australia Post have advertised their 2020 Christmas deadlines as Saturday 12 December for parcel post and Saturday 19 December 2020 for express post. Our Christmas guarantees means we will ship your order no later than these dates as advertised by our carrier however we accept no responsibilities for delays in shipping if they are not received in time.

Coronavirus impacts: 

We are still operating and shipping parcels daily (standard production times still apply) however please note there are currently delivery delays through Australia Post which is outside of our control. These delays are due to the influx of online shopping and the extra demand through the Australia Post network.

All parcels, including express post, will take 2-5 days longer than usual (this is in addition to Australia Post's standard delivery timeframes). While express post shipping is no longer a guaranteed overnight delivery by Australia Post, this delivery service is still a prioritised service and express post parcels will be processed and delivered quicker than regular parcels. To ensure you receive your order as fast as possible and to compensate for the slower delivery time with Australia Post, we are offering a special express post option for just $8.95 - just select this option at checkout and your parcel will be upgraded to express post (please remember this is no longer an overnight service).

Standard Shipping Information:

We take the hassle out of shipping with a flat rate, sitewide shipping of just $8.95 or spend $80 or more for FREE shipping - no code needed. No more getting to checkout before a nasty surprise. Simple. (Rates are for Australia only, international rates vary and are calculated at checkout).

Our flat rate postage includes tracked parcel post with Australia Post which takes up to 6 business days for delivery once it is shipped from our studio. If you're in a hurry, you can also upgrade to Express Shipping which will be delivered by Australia Post overnight (two days for rural or remote areas, as determined by Australia Post). Please note standard production and order processing times still apply to express orders, however we do our best to ship them as soon as possible.

Standard items leave our store within 5 business days. Personalised products can take up to 3 weeks, but generally ship within 1-2 weeks (if you have a deadline to meet, just contact us and we'll let you know what we can do). If you are ordering in a pre-sale, please take note of the delivery timeframe as noted on the product. 

We are a small, family run business and appreciate your patience particularly in times of sales. Most of our products are handmade to order by our small team, so we need time to allow time for the production and processing of your order.

We don't generally accept returns for change of mind, however if there is anything at all your are not satisfied with on receiving your order, please contact us immediately. Wood is a natural product and slight variances to grain and texture will occur.
