Christmas 2018 Orders

We strongly recommend you select our tracked or express shipping upgrade, due to the volume of parcels handled by Australia Post at this time of year. We are not responsible for any parcels sent via our standard (untracked) shipping option nor can we or Australia Post provide any advice on missing or lost parcels for untracked mail.

Orders for guaranteed pre-Christmas delivery close Friday 7 December 2018 for all products, including personalised products. 

All orders placed after this date are NOT guaranteed to reach you before Christmas, however we will continue to produce and ship all orders placed up until Sunday 16 December 2018 prior to our Christmas break. 

All orders placed from Monday 17 December 2018 will be produced and shipped on our return from Monday 7 January 2019.

For your convenience, our website will remain open during our break but please expect extended delays with delivery while we process outstanding orders on our return. We are a small, boutique business and most products are handmade to order, so we need to allow time to produce and ship all orders.

General Shipping & Returns Information

We take the hassle out of shipping with a flat rate, sitewide shipping of just $4.95 or spend $80 or more for FREE shipping - no code needed. No more getting to checkout before a nasty surprise. Simple. (Rates are for Australia only, international rates vary).

Our flat rate $4.95 postage includes regular, untracked postage in a standard envelope and will take up to 9 business days. Some larger items/orders are shipped through parcel post at no additional cost, at our discretion. 

To track your order, please ensure you upgrade to Registered Post at checkout. If you're in a hurry, you can also upgrade to Express Shipping.

Standard items leave our store within 5 business days. Personalised products can take up to 3 weeks, but generally ship within 1-2 weeks (if you have a deadline to meet, just contact us and we'll let you know what we can do). If you are ordering in a presale, please take note of the delivery timeframe as noted in the listing. 

You will need to allow an additional 9 business days for your parcel to be delivered, unless you upgrade to Express Post. We are a small, home based business and appreciate your patience particularly in times of sales. If you purchase during a sale or market event, please allow an extra 3 days for processing.

We don't generally accept returns for change of mind, however if there is anything at all your are not satisfied with on receiving your order, please contact us immediately. Wood is a natural product and slight variances to grain and texture will occur.
