CHRISTMAS SHIPPING: Our cut off for Christmas delivery is Sunday 14 December 2025 (Australian domestic orders only). All orders placed after this date will not be guaranteed to arrive in time for Christmas and express post shipping is highly recommended. Final orders must be received by Wednesday 17 December 2025.

We will be taking a short break from Thursday 18 December, returning on Monday 5 January 2026. Our online store will remain open during this time however all orders will be shipped on our return. Use code HOLIDAY10 to receive 10% off during this time.

Standard shipping information

We take the hassle out of shipping with a flat rate, sitewide shipping of just $9.95. You can even upgrade to express shipping for just $13.95. No more getting to checkout before a nasty surprise. Simple. (Rates are for Australia only). 

Due to postal delays, we are only currently shipping international orders to New Zealand. International rates vary and are calculated at checkout.

Our flat rate postage includes tracked parcel post with Australia Post which takes up to 6 business days for delivery once it is shipped from our studio. If you're in a hurry, you can also upgrade to Express Shipping which will be delivered by Australia Post (please allow 2-3 days for rural or remote areas, as determined by Australia Post). Please note standard production and order processing times still apply to express orders, however we do our best to ship them as soon as possible. PLEASE NOTE THESE TIMEFRAMES MAY BE IMPACTED BY SUBSTANTIAL NATIONWIDE DELAYS DUE TO EXTREME WEATHER, LINE DISRUPTIONS AND COVID DELAYS.

Standard items leave our store within 1-3 business days. Personalised products can take up to 1-2 weeks, but generally ship within 1 week (if you have a deadline to meet, just contact us and we'll let you know what we can do). If you are ordering in a pre-sale, please take note of the delivery timeframe as noted on the product. 

We are a small, family run business and appreciate your patience particularly in times of sales. Most of our products are handmade to order by our small team, so we need time to allow time for the production and processing of your order. Please note all orders and final and we generally can't make changes once orders are placed.

We don't generally accept returns for change of mind, however if there is anything at all your are not satisfied with on receiving your order, please contact us immediately. Wood is a natural product and slight variances to grain and texture will occur.
