Christmas holiday 2024

All orders placed by 9am Thursday 19 December 2024 will be shipped same day in our final post run for the year. Orders placed after 9am  Thursday 19 December will be shipped on our return from holidays on Monday 6 January 2024. To thank you for you patience, use code HOLIDAY for 10% off storewide (only valid after we close final orders for the year).

To receive your order before Christmas*, make sure you order by Sunday 8 December 2024 with regular post and Sunday 13 December 2024 with express post shipping. Sorry, international orders cannot be guaranteed.

What happens after our Christmas deadline?

We will continue to ship all orders up until Christmas, however if you order after our Christmas deadline, we strongly recommend express post. We will process and ship all orders as soon as we possibly can and will do our very best to get most orders, including personalised, shipped with 1-3 days of ordering.

* We guarantee to ship orders before our delivery partner's advertised deadline for Christmas delivery, however we are not responsible for delivery delays that are outside of our control. 

Standard shipping information

We take the hassle out of shipping with a flat rate, sitewide shipping of just $9.95 or spend $100 or more for FREE shipping - no code needed. You can even upgrade to express shipping for just $13.95. No more getting to checkout before a nasty surprise. Simple. (Rates are for Australia only).

Due to postal delays, we are only currently shipping international orders to New Zealand, Canada, USA and UK. International rates vary and are calculated at checkout.

Our flat rate postage includes tracked parcel post with Australia Post which takes up to 6 business days for delivery once it is shipped from our studio. If you're in a hurry, you can also upgrade to Express Shipping which will be delivered by Australia Post overnight (two days for rural or remote areas, as determined by Australia Post). Please note standard production and order processing times still apply to express orders, however we do our best to ship them as soon as possible. PLEASE NOTE THESE TIMEFRAMES MAY BE IMPACTED BY SUBSTANTIAL NATIONWIDE DELAYS DUE TO EXTREME WEATHER, LINE DISRUPTIONS AND COVID DELAYS.

Standard items leave our store within 1-3 business days. Personalised products can take up to 1-2 weeks, but generally ship within 1 week (if you have a deadline to meet, just contact us and we'll let you know what we can do). If you are ordering in a pre-sale, please take note of the delivery timeframe as noted on the product. 

We are a small, family run business and appreciate your patience particularly in times of sales. Most of our products are handmade to order by our small team, so we need time to allow time for the production and processing of your order.

We don't generally accept returns for change of mind, however if there is anything at all your are not satisfied with on receiving your order, please contact us immediately. Wood is a natural product and slight variances to grain and texture will occur.
