These beautiful, raw timber name and birth plaques celebrate your little one's arrival and those little, sweet details we all hold so close to our heart. They're the perfect keepsake of your baby's birth and designed to display in your home and nursery.

Each plaque features baby's name in a feature script (add first name only, first and middle names or full name - the choice is yours), followed by their birth details including date, time, length and weight - you can also leave these out if you wish to create a simple name plaque (just leave these sections blank). Each plaque is 18cm and you can choose from natural cotton rope included or with no rope/holes, which can be displayed using quality damage-free hooks (not supplied) on walls or simply placed on furniture.

Our signature series features gorgeous signature script font with leaf image. It's a beautifully natural and unisex design that is sure to complement any styling theme. This design is also available in our matching baby milestone plaques, pregnancy milestone plaques and hanging nursery quote signs.

Our timber plaques are made from extra thick 4mm, quality Australian produced plantation plywood - as a natural product, please allow variances in the grain from the images displayed. They're lovingly made by us in our Sunshine Coast studio and packaged in a reusable 'Milestones' calico bag - use to store your plaque plus any other milestone treasures you collect as your babe grows. All pieces are lightly hand-sanded to ensure smooth edges.
